❓ What age group are the classes for?
Our classes are designed for children aged 2 years and up. We create playful, age-appropriate sessions that support movement, imagination, and emotional well-being.
❓ Do parents need to stay during the class?
Yes, parents or guardians stay with their children. You’re warmly encouraged to join in! Participating together strengthens connection and models calm and mindfulness for your little ones.
❓ What happens in a typical class?
Each class includes a mix of:
– Gentle yoga movement
– Singing and chanting (like “Sa Ta Na Ma”)
– Sound play using drums, gongs, and rainsticks
– Breathwork and mindfulness techniques
– A guided meditation to finish with silks, magical rainbows and calm
Every session is interactive, imaginative, and fun — tailored to children’s attention spans and needs.
❓ What should my child wear or bring?
Comfy clothes that allow for movement are perfect. Please bring a water bottle and a yoga mat if you have one (we have spares too!). Bare foot or non-slip socks.
❓ What if my child is shy or nervous?
That’s absolutely okay! We create a gentle and welcoming space where children can join in at their own pace. There’s no pressure — just encouragement, music, and play.
❓ Can I book a trial session?
Yes! We offer trial classes so you and your child can experience the joy of Move & Meditate before committing to a block.
❓ How long is each class?
Classes usually run for 40-45 minutes, allowing time for movement, sound, and settling into calm.
